    Cofounder & CEOAug. 2023 – current

    • As solo founder, built a managed cloud platform for coding agents used by companies to power their software factory, custom code review pipelines, and orchestrate background agents. The platform is model- and harness-agnostic, with configurable VMs, budgets, permissions, and observability built in. Designed an Agents-as-YAML schema, a POST /sessions API, and a way for agents to deploy when pushed to GitHub.
    • With cofounder, built an opinionated AI software engineer that reviews code and converts technical instructions into working, tested code. Wrote the agentic loop from scratch. Ran evals and A/B tests across prompts, tool definitions, models, and algorithms for devtool use cases such as editing files, finding bugs, and codebase search. Installed by 1,300 companies, grew to 800 customers, and reviewed 9,000 commits a day. At the time, Ellipsis was the most redeemed AI code review deal on Bookface.
    • Raised a $2.2M seed round from Y Combinator.

  2. Amazon Web Services

    Machine Learning Engineer IIJul. 2022 – Jul. 2023

    • Partnered with a data scientist to build a time-series model that forecasts each AWS account’s month-end spend from historical usage. The model powers the projected-spend widget on the AWS Management Console home page, shown to millions of AWS accounts.

  3. Amazon Advertising

    Software Development Engineer IINov. 2019 – Oct. 2021

    • Built a pipeline that generates ML model features and serves them to an ad-tech service through a remote Redis cache, driving a 4% conversion rate increase for Amazon Advertising’s display ads.
    • Built core features of a global, high availability, low latency bidding API (a Demand Side Platform) that applies deep learning models at enormous scale (thousands of hosts, millions of TPS) to buy display ad impressions for amazon.com and Amazon Advertising’s customers.

  4. Brigit

    Software EngineerMar. 2019 – Nov. 2019

    • Built end-to-end flow to solicit repayment of delinquent loans; used to recover over $460k.
    • Designed and built the payment scheduling and processing API for a cash-advance product with 200k customers. Integrated 3rd-party payment providers and processed millions of dollars per day.

    • Created Apache Beam pipeline retrain & release ML models. Pipeline consumes multiple sets of hyperparameters and releases the most accurate model, automating a labor intensive part of the Data Science process.
