H. Brooks and Company has been preparing and supplying delicious caramel apples for more than 40 years. From mid-August through the 1st week in November, the apples are made fresh daily using a secret, special recipe that’s locked away for safe keeping in a vault. The company has also developed a proprietary method of packaging the caramel apples so the caramel sticks to the fruit, not the wrapper. Customers have come to anticipate the apples’ arrival, especially during the Minnesota State Fair where they become a consumer favorite and signal the coming of Fall.
